This policy explains what personal information Le Bryn House collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Le Bryn House is an independent creative and marketing agency. This website is operated by Le Bryn House LLC, 777 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33132, United States. For any privacy question, write to hello@lebrynhouse.com.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the project enquiry form, we receive the answers you give: your name, company, website, email address, phone number, preferred way to talk, how you heard about us, and your answers about your project, budget and timing.
• Emails you send us. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a visit, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. While you fill in the enquiry form, your answers are saved in your own browser (local storage) so you do not lose them if you close the page. They stay on your device and are deleted when you send the form. You can also clear them at any time in your browser settings.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call and prepare a proposal.
• To work with you if you become a client.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling. We will not add you to a newsletter unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, and only as much as they need: our website hosting provider, the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox, and our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, unless we start working together, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the work and for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email hello@lebrynhouse.com and we will reply within 30 days. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Do Not Track. This website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track browser signals.

Visitors outside the United States

Le Bryn House is based in the United States and works primarily with US businesses. If you contact us from another country, your information will be processed in the United States. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can use the choices above, and you may also contact your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
